We will email a proof within 3-5 business days for your approval.
Once you approve your custom design, our production team prints it and precisely measures, cuts, and builds a custom frame to fit using the highest quality materials.
We carefully package and ship your finished piece directly to your door, ready to hang with professional hanging hardware included.
What type of materials do you use?
Your art will be custom framed and gallery-ready when shipped to you (we even include hanging hardware).
Available in a range of finishes, our frames feature a smooth face with gently rounded and angled edges for a soft contemporary look.
We use acid-free matte archival photo paper so you can cherish your piece for years to come. Our heavyweight matte finish paper is engineered for high contrast and crisp reproduction of high resolution images.
We use acrylic in all of our frames. Our acrylic is more expensive than glass, but it is beautifully clear (regular glass has a green tint) and much less likely to shatter than glass. This is not the flimsy acrylic you get in a ready-made poster frame. Our acrylic is beautifully clear, defect-free, and sturdy.
What types of photo files should I sent you?
We accept JPEG and TIFF files up to 100MB. Please ensure that your images are high quality; we recommend a minimum of 300 dpi (2400 x 3000 pixels for 8x10 prints and 4800 x 6000 for 16x20 prints).
Will I receive a print before you print my order?
Yes, we need your approval before printing and framing your order. Please check carefully for spelling errors, type size, and layout. Proofs are emailed in PDF format and should be viewed at 100%. Proofs are not intended to portray exact ink colors or finished quality of our product.
By approving your proof, you authorize printing. We cannot redo any order free of charge after a proof is approved.
Can I request changes to one of your designs?
We are happy to accommodate requests for minor changes to the designs, such as removing a design or text element. For more substantial changes or a custom requests, please contact us before making a purchase. Please note we offer complimentary color customization.
Can you use my wedding color in my print?
Colors are completely customizable for all of our prints. You can view our color chart here. If you have a specific color you would like, please send us the CMYK or HEX color values. Please note that colors may vary slightly from your screen to the final printed piece.
Do you offer different frame styles?
We offer 3 frame packages at this time. If you are interested in a different style, please contact us and we can work with you to find something you’ll love.
What types of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Proofs will be emailed to you within 3-5 business days.
Production time after your approval will be 3-5 business days.
Unless you select expedited shipping your order will typically arrive 4-5 business days after shipping. Overnight and 2-day express are available, however please note that these options will not shorten processing time.
Orders shipped to Canada typically arrive within 10-12 business via USPS Priority Mail.
Do you offer expedited processing?
If you have a time-sensitive need we'll do our best to help accommodate you. Contact us with your specific request and we'll work with you to see if we can meet your timeline. We may be able to rush your design for an extra fee.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Due to the customized nature of our product, we are unable to allow returns.
Order cancellations made within 12 hours of purchase will be refunded in full. A $40.00 design fee will be applied for cancellations made after a proof has been sent. After you have approved your proof, we are unable to cancel your order.
It is your responsibility to review your proofs carefully for any typos or mistakes before providing your approval.
If your item arrives damaged from shipping, let us know within 1 week of receipt and we will work with you to replace it.
If you have any concerns with your purchase, please let us know right away so we can try to remedy the situation.
Monitors have a wide variety of settings. It is important to understand that the particular computer monitor you are using determines the particular colors that you will see displayed. Different monitors will have slightly different contrast and color ratio settings. Therefore, the colors each individual customer sees on his or her computer screen will not 100% accurately reflect the colors of our prints as they actually are. They will be very close, but there will be variation.
We want to ensure you love your print, so we insist your photos are high quality in order to print beautifully. We accept JPEG and TIFF files up to 100MB.
